Not only a writer, I am a previous HR Manager and Recruiter.
I’m passionate about helping clients uncover their unique stories and brands, ensuring their resumes grab attention.
I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) credential through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARW). My early background spans management, recruitment, and human resources and I hold a B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Education, and Graduate Certification in Human Resources. Resume writing was a hobby before it turned into a career. Starting in 2013, I have loved every minute of connecting with my clients, learning about their goals, and supporting them in their own career progression.
I am the sole writer at JRC Professionals, so you can guarantee your project won’t be passed off to someone with less experience. I personally return all calls and emails to ensure a streamlined and organic process for each and every one of my clients. Notably, I am committed to my craft and ensure professional evolution via continuous training through the Resume Writers Academy as well as constant connections and collaborations with recruiters.

Here, there are no templates, long questionnaires to fill out, or generic resumes. Every client receives a resume that is unique to them, their career, and forward goals.
ATS Optimization
With a focus on key words and ATS approved formatting, I construct my resumes to not only appeal to a recruiter or hiring manager but also the ATS system. Each resume I write is ran through an ATS scan to ensure total key word alignment with your targeted roles.
Professional Branding
Resumes today are much more than experience and education. It’s important they be targeted and branded with a personal touch to engage the reader. I work to truly understand my clients, how they have found success, and how they can be differentiated in their realm.
